Accomplishments
Lead a development team directed by the Secretary of the Air Force to create and develop the first automated SES/GO appraisal system in all the departments of service.
Rapid and thorough development of the application resulted in OPM certifications for AFPDMS (Air Force Performance and Development Management System) and the implementation of the PDMS process to the rest of the services including; Navy, Army, and the Department of Justice.
Created the first RSO connected service within the Air Force infrastructure, connecting multiple applications for personal management and policy development.
Developed many commercial websites including the Washington Redskins (Pre-2003) and Bowl America Online Store.
Rapid and thorough web system support for BRAC / JTF CapMed Migration of Walter Reed Army Medical Center and National Navy Medical Center.
